Hello Prospective Patient
Dr Richard Jiang is the epitome of the "good old fashioned doctor". Do you remember back to when appointments were not timed? He will answer any questions you have, irrespective of how much time you need. Very knowledgeable, very welcoming and you leave the surgery with the feeling that he has listened to your concerns.

Doctor Richard has been our doctor for over 17 years, him and all of his staff at Carlyle Gardens medical centre have always gone above our expectations in the medical services they delivery on a daily basis. Yes they can be long wait times but this is normally out of there control as some patients require longer appointments which they don't know about when they first book their appointments . A good doctor is worth the wait and the reception staff will always offer a telephone consultation if you are unable to wait. If you are looking for a first class medical centre, Carlyle medical centre is the place you way to go.

Dr Fiona, Dr Amber are wonderful. The nurses and staff are very lovely. Wait time can get a little long seeing other Drs sometimes, but the reception staff try their best to be accommodating and are happy to make a cup of tea if wanting one.

Ok for all of you negative nancys DR RICHARD JIANG is the best doctor yes he can be late and have long wait times that’s because he takes the time to listen and help his patients and the receptionists staff are always welcoming and the nurses are fantastic he has helped really improve my life and continues to make it better and out of 10 I give him 100 not overrated just a fact he doesn’t bullshit and is honest keep up the good work DR RICHARD JIANG

It seems Dr. Richard need to pull his weight around the clinic, after a total muck around for my husbands medical, Dr. Richard has almost cost my husband his job due to neglect and not meeting deadlines. Not to mention failing to prioritise the meaning of the appointment, a workplace medical. Dr. Richard has seemed to gone off with the fairies and decided to do an examination for something totally different. Not to mention the attitude the reception carries, and the horribly long waiting times. If you want to go here, don’t make plans for the day. You’ll be waiting hours.

This was a good place to go once upon a time maybe a change of management is needed including the staff.

The wife and I have been going to Carlyle Medical Centre for over ten years,
we have no complaints .It is run very professionally all Doctors and Staff are second to none. Yes there have been some delays but has been because of an emergency .

Good Doctors bring lots of patients, and I find the Drs to be very professional and efficient, and yes I am a patient patient, and the staff and nurses are very efficient as well and always nice.
