Been coming here a while now but didn’t bother to review despite some annoying things, like frequent turnover of doctors and one receptionist who was annoyingly loud when receiving relaxation therapies, because some of the medical staff are very good.

But now, giving two stars because the reception staff booked an appointment I turned up to, only to claim no appointment was made.
Instead of being polite, they decided to argue about how they did nothing wrong, and they didn’t know why I wrote the appointment down in my calendar. Bizarre. They even asked me what I was seeing the doctor about, like if it was important. Wow.

Reception staff were more concerned about saving face than offering or finding a solution and just sent me on my way.
I left, but decided to come back and was able to see the doctor thanks to his next patient - someone I knew - who halved his time for me.

I’m so glad I wasn’t having a panic attack this morning, it would have been much worse.

The reception staff are warm, kind, and helpful. My first time appointment was with Dr Kerri Seeger, who was extremely thorough, meticulous and very kind. I cannot recommend this clinic high enough. Eternally grateful.

be warned. they breach confidentiality laws and rights, they solicit their 'programs' by coming to your home door address of residence knocking on your front door without consent. even after many years of not attending their clinic and cutting off ties. DONOT listen to the lies they will say if you ask about my review. it's lies. they are breaking criminal laws of consent and harassment. They meet with Micah and exchange information, if you have signed third party consent forms with Micah projects you have invited it. I have not, and. all done with no apologies at that. beware your information is being used and abused, they go into hospital records electronically to a near by hospital without consent to gather whatever they want underhanded. they are grossly unprofessional. by the way lm not a junkie and never have been, and even so, they to have rights! YOU have been WARNED! freedom of choice and all.

As this clinic portraits itself as inclusive and holistic I really expected the staff to be more aware of the importance of communicating well with patients. I didn't have a very good experience with the GP consultation I had. I found it to be slightly dismissive of my needs.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC !! Incompent doctor who treated me like a dr shopping junkie and kept us waiting almost an hour after our appointment time. The dr was rude and offensive and treated me like a drug addict. They are unable to even use their computers properly and made me cry in the consult room and again in reception. They were "unable" to even call my previous gp to to confirm my injury and or medical history. I was in severe pain and they REFUSED to treat or help me in any way.

Affordable $30 community style acupuncture sessions on Wednesday and Friday. Really great service and knowledgeable practitioner. Great community health clinic with health talks and services for various community.
