When I was 2 weeks pregnant (and didn't know it!) I had a stiff neck and NOTHING was fixing it. Enter Andrew, from Total Body Wellness, to the rescue! After 3 days of being bed ridden and almost completely unable to move my head, Andrew fixed me and I've been singing his praises since.
Clean and relaxing space with lovely, approachable and QUALIFIED staff. Incredible opening hours for those who work the 9-5 grind too. 200% recommend!

I’ve been going to Total Body Wellness for several years through many different life stages - injuries, general stress tightness, pregnancy, post pregnancy and for general remedial massages. I’ve been to several masseuses who have always been excellent and helped my body to recover. I had my latest massage on Sunday with Ali after experiencing pain down one side of my body. She was very professional and did an excellent job. My muscles felt a lot better immediately after and have continued recovering throughout the week. I highly recommend Total Body Wellness. Please go and enjoy a massage (or two!)

Booked in with Andrew for a Pregnancy Induction Massage as a last ditch effort before having a medical induction. After the massage, Andrew said I’d likely go into labour that night even though I had no ‘signs’ of labour starting and sure enough I went into labour that night! Would highly recommend, even if it’s just for a relaxing massage and chance to lie on your stomach in the specialty pregnancy massage tables with the belly holes.

I have seen both Andrew and Ali for pregnancy massages in late third trimester and they are both fantastic, each time I have left feeling so much better. They both helped to treat the back pain I was dealing with and their experience and knowledge is very evident, highly recommend to anyone looking for a pregnancy massage - even being able to lie on your tummy with a hole to accommodate bump is a treat in itself!

Just rang up these guys to see if they had any availability for a massage tonight - was answered by a rude man who hung up as he was supposedly checking the computer. Rang back and didn’t even get a hello I just re-introduced myself and asked again if there was any availability. He couldn’t have sounded more disinterested and annoyed if he tried. Ended up not going with these guys based off my experience with the person on the other end of the phone. Was hoping he wasn’t going to be the massage therapist otherwise I would’ve absolutely steered clear. Left me feeling like I was a nuisance. Reconsider who works in admin and answers your phones…

What a massage! I can be quite sensitive when massaged and very much appreciate the tailored approach that both Deb and Ellen employ. I always walk out feeling so good. From acute back treatment to releasing large muscle spasms, the ladies are amazing. Thank you so much! I recommend a visit for anyone nervous about massage or who just hasn’t found the right fit yet. You won’t regret it.
