Dr Tan is easily the best doctor I have ever been to. She takes everything I say seriously, does in depth explorations of my symptoms and she holds me accountable when I am looking after myself poorly. She's kind and incredibly easy to talk to. I've not ever felt so validated in my health concerns than appointments with her.

I wish I could give a no-star to the pharmacist named Noha. She is such a rude, useless pharmacist who has no manners towards people. I have never come across a rude person like her. She serves people with zero respect and wastes your time without doing the job you have asked for. It would be better to train her communication skills because she doesn’t know how to communicate with people professionally.

Following recent knee surgery and not being able to travel to regular GP, saw Dr Janice Tan at the Centre for a post op review. An absolute gem of a GP, great manner, totally professional and a great local find. Excellent booking system via Hotdoc an added bonus.

The doctors at this medical centre are very helpful and caring. Unfortunately the reception is not accommodating or understanding. My son has been attending the medical centre since he was a baby and I went to seek medical attention at midday for him and was told no booking available so I said I'm happy to wait and was told to come back tomorrow. Obviously seeking help for your child is important but this place doesn't seem to understand that and the service i have received lately is very poor. The management need to address the current level of service being offered to the community. Its unfortunate
