The most wonderful group of people working here, always polite, friendly and easy to talk to. I'm interstate so have only dealt with Green Life via phone and never had an issue, with either the clinic or the pharmacy. I highly recommend these guys, they are ever so helpful. Every time I call there is a beautifully positive attitude answering the other end.

Way under qualified staff who don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to cannabinoids, terpenes, pesticides and other specifics about the products available. I’ve had about 15 people from this store come over to our store in Kirra in the past 4 months and they have all said the service is rubbish and even the doctors on site there don’t know much about the products or finding the correct medication for the patient.
Very very poor service. Not sure how this store is aloud to operate with such incompetent staff.

It was requested that I get a Health summary which I did. Didn’t hear from anyone for over a week. Call up and spoke to Sofia who was more than helpful. And got it sorted.
Upon getting my prescription, nothing was explained and found that person not helpful and welcoming at all.
Felt I needed to apologise for disrupting her day.
