Alligator Creek has really gone downhill. Went there tonight at 7:30 thinking I could get a feed. Turns out they close at 7 o’clock. I was given a reason from the staff member on duty why they close early. They say staff shortages. It’s disappointing because that was once a great little roadhouse. It’s stayed open until late 10 o’clock at night serving meals. Sadly, I think twice now about going there. And I’ll also miss out on them fuel sales.

I have been there so many times and love the very big breakfast, we drive once a month from South Townsville just for the brunch. Unfortunately today I asked for a cup of tap water and one of the staff (all with angry face) refuse to give me, saying that she didn't have cup and she wasn't allowed to give me the coffee cup with water, but all the other times I had (with friendly staffs).

Ordered pizza. Went to pick it up and they gave my order to someone else with same name, the girl didnt check the phone number that we all give when we order over phone. . They said i could wait another 25 minutes and they cook another. That didn't happen.
NOT HAPPY. Maybe we should give our last name too. Thats if they could be bothered to ask for it when we pick up our order.
