Best Chiropractor in Townsville by far. Trevor was thorough with specific questions before starting. He worked on my neck and shoulder pain. Massaged, acupuncture and cracked my neck. God I felt good walking out of there. Going back in 4wks time! The pain now is about a 4/10 instead of 10/10! Thankyou! Receptionist was lovely too!

Trevor's great, your not in and out in 5 or 10 mins like some other Chiropractors. He does soft tissue work and sports injury work and you come out feeling amazing.

Was on holidays recently in Townsville, I was in alot of pain. The staff at Bak2Health360 were fantastic and did everything they could to fit me in. I saw Dr Trevor Smyth who was amazing, I have never felt better. Not only did he treat the issue he explained why I was having the pain and showed me how I could prevent it in the future! Thanks again!! Couldn't recommend this business enough!

The yoga classes are first class. Class size is small and the instructor actually adjust the class based on participant needs on the day.
