Always have appointment and see the doctor 1 hour later. Is their system to book 10 minutes between appointments when clearly that not the case. We get parking fine twice. But they want to get paid when you finish your appointment.

I recently saw Dr Yoges Venugopal, I felt relieved that I found an approachable Specialist that took the time to understand my medical history extensively. The path I am now on to improving my health all round is one I wish I did sooner. I cannot recommend Dr Venugopal enough at Integrated Specialist Medical Care.

Poor and dangerous service. I have been having medical care for at least a year from Integrated Specialist Medical Care. Th e administration and booking processes are lacking and customer services can be quite poor. Key items do not get actioned like postage of serious prescription drug prescription forms. Very disappointing for a company which provides serious healthcare and key services to people with serious diseases.
