They sent back cats ashes in place of a friend's dogs ashes and were rude about it saying they don't care and not their issue. They refuse to try fix the situation or offer a refund. Disgusting for a business to act this way after a mistake on their behalf. Would not recommend.

Our Tink, a blue merle Border Collie, thoroughly enjoyed holidaying with John and Erin. We felt totally at ease when leaving her with them. Tink received total care and love and when it came time recently to say goodbye to Tink, unexpectedly, Erin and John took care of every detail. While we grieved, they prepared and helped Tink on her journey over the rainbow. Erin and John are professional, caring, kind and wonderful humans. Thankyou

The owners Caring , loves animals . the animals are Walked x 3-4 times daily(depending time of year) , kennels are clean, the girl always comes home happy and very clean , has been washed and

John & Erin have looked after our dogs since 2011 and we couldn't rate them higher.. as much as we miss them when we go away, our minds are at ease knowing they are being well cared for. They get 2 walks a day and good home-cooked food, we always bring a blanket from home and a toy so they ease into their stay. The biggest difference I've noticed is the block walls between kennels; where my reactive girl can rest easy not being within a hairs distance from stranger dogs. Thanks Erin & John!

Absolutely amazing people. Had my cat cremated with them, Erin took special care of my little girl and was very loving and caring with her. She was very polite and professional. Thank you so much for helping me have my baby with me forever and home in time for Christmas

This was the very first time I had ever left my best friend with anyone and upon leaving not only felt he'd be cared for but loved.
Upon returning on the Sunday at 4pm I could see nobody so rang them and spoke to John who said just wait as Erin would be around the place somewhere.
Erin certainly was there and was extremely rude and disrespectful to put it mildly and I tried to explain that I called and was told to wait out the front.
If this is how people are treated then I think it's a reflection of Character and a selfish nature so I personally wouldn't ever leave my bestfriend in such company as I could clearly see changes in is behavior and manner .

Thank you so very much for the beautiful care and respect you put into giving me my beautiful Hazel back. Yesterday she passed away overnight from cancer and I was absolutely devastated. My mum took her to the vet for me but it was eating me up inside so in the afternoon I made a spur of the moment decision and rung the vet however you guys had already picked her up. When I rung I was a mess but everyone I talked to was so unbelievably kind. This morning she was delivered back to the vet at about 8 in the morning and even took the time to message me to let me know. I went over straight away to get her and was overwhelmed as she was wrapped in a beautiful yellow towel and a bow and flowers on top. The dignity that you treat the owners and pets with is something that shouldn’t go unnoticed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. She will be buried in the garden under the fig tree and now her soul with be with me for eternity.
