Helen was amazing. We recently moved from Brisbane and after being left high and dry by another paediatrician, Dr Hall was an absolute breath of fresh air. She read all the documentation she had requested and we felt not only heard, but listened to. There was no re-diagnosis, there was no changing his meds or starting again. We received new meds to work alongside what we had and it was thoroughly explained why and how they work together, side effects, changes we can expect to see, dosage plans, etc. we left with no questions and all answers.
If she has availability, I highly recommend switching to Dr Helen Hall as your child’s paediatrician.

Dr Samantha Williams is WONDERFUL! My daughter has seen a number of Paediatricians in her young life (almost 5 years) and none have been as kind, attentive and thorough as Dr Sam. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure your kid is getting the help they need to succeed. She always listens to every concern you have and was so caring when she had to have some hard conversations with me about future possibilities for my daughter. Her presence is calming and I know my daughter feels at ease throughout our reviews. She relates to and engages my daughter so well and we are so thankful we found her 3 years ago!

Dr Heidi Webster has been great with my kids. With a child having ASD and ADHD I have seen many paeds, all good but I like that Heidi talks to the child and includes them in on the discussion. I also have teenage (premmie ) twins both with individual issues that have recently seen her and her up to date information regarding their health is great. Puts them at ease as well as myself. Hi have found her advice, especially around impacts of covid, to be reassuring.
