Not supported with my dietary food intolerance. Ended up putting on so much weight with bloating and inflammation. Became so food focused and anxious. I wasn't underweight or overweight to start with. I had about 4 to 5 appointments, stopping due to the above mentioned. I don't believe that you can eat any type of food you like and not suffer health consequences. I'd rather eat lower carb real food. Updated - 04/08/19: I became insulin resistant as a result of eating 6 times a day and carbs with all meals as recommended by this practice.
