Very disappointed, I will not bother going back there. Purchased glasses that arrived in July, first time going there. Wore them for approximately 2 weeks and the nose nob fell off. Each time I went back in there to get the fixed they were closed, closed for renovations, then I was away. Finally got there last week to get the nose nob fixed, wore them one day more & the other nose nob was loose. Both the arms were also off, one loose as, one tight and the plastic protectors that wrap around the arms keep sliding off. Very disappointed in the lack of any quality. So I went back in today to see if there is anything that can be done, if i can get a different type of frame that are not so flimsy. I was spoken to so rudely straight away, saying that the nobs are disposable so they expect them to fall off & that the screws must be loose in the arms & they can be adjusted and a different type of nobs put on, but surely not after such little use? This is what I stated, but it was met with "well what is it you want us to do" i replied with a new frame that is better quality but was told there is nothing they could do because there was no fault with the manufacturing & they could ask their management on tuesday but because it was purchased in June, it was too long ago to "change my mind" on these glasses. So i walked out & will never wear these glasses again. Total waste of money, very unpleasant customer service. Do not recommend for anyone to bother going here, there are much better quality places that I will be going to again.

I was very happy with the testing and when it came to picking a new fame the lady was so helpful after a lot of laughs and very relaxed I make my choice of frames. Thankyou so much ,I will definitely go back.

The testing was a lot more thorough than my previous provider, the fact that I was asked lots of questions and listened to was fantastic. The optometrist went to the trouble of confirming that the lenses she prescribed did in fact work well for me.
The staff were super friendly and very helpful.
The cost was amazing! I got 2 pairs of glasses with graduated lenses, cheaper than what I normally pay for one pair at my previous provider.
I will definitely stick with Oscar Wylee.
