I am a patient of this clinic and on the eve of Good Friday, I completely broke off my front tooth. I was shocked at what I had done and I was very stressed that tomorrow was Good Friday and I was not hopeful of having anything done over the Easter weekend, However, next morning, on the Friday, I contacted the clinic and Dr Carl Daniels got back to me almost immediately and within an hour I was in the surgery and he repaired my tooth for me. I am immensely grateful. He was kind and understanding and I cannot speak highly enough of the service of this clinic and particularly to Dr Carl Daniels. Thank you.

"I visited this dental clinic for a cleaning and checkup after reading positive reviews. However, the dentist told me my teeth were perfect and only needed minor work. I paid for the treatment, but two weeks later, the filling fell out. I suspected the dentist was distracted by his assistant and didn't do a proper job. I didn't return to the clinic. Months later, I experienced pain in another tooth and visited a different dentist in Brisbane. To my surprise, they found multiple cavities and declared the previous dentist's work subpar. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic."

My husband and I are travelling Australia.
We are from South Australia.
One of my teeth began causing a real issue for me so I rang this surgery and they fit me in almost immediately on the same day and given they were so short-staffed this was wonderful.
I saw the dentist (Dr Adams) and he sent me off for an x-ray, called me back over the phone straight away with the details about the x-ray and the whole process was done in no time at all.
The service at the front counter from Mackenzie was sensational as well.
We cannot recommend this surgery highly enough.

We are new to the area and had an emergency dental situation and Bolsover Dental Practice was able to fit us in the same day we called. The experience was excellent from the moment we arrived and we couldn't be happier.

I was travelling in the Rockhampton area and needed to see a Dentist for a tooth ache. I ran the clinic at 8am and was seen by Christine at 10.15. From the reception staff to the Dentist (Christine) the service and treatment I received was absolutly first rate.

I had never been here before and I am very happy with the quality of service. On Friday night I had a tooth ache and by Saturday morning it was getting worse, I phoned and in 2 hours it was taken care of. The dentist I saw was Dr Audrey Teo. I explained I have an autoimmune disease and sometimes my overactive immune system attacks my own body. As soon as I named it (Hla-B27) she knew what it was. I have been to dentist in the past that didn't know. I felt comfortable with a dentist who is very knowledgeable and good in their profession.

My son saw Dr Teo over a few appointments, she was absolutely fantastic with him. So calm and gentle. He was quite scared of dentists, but Dr Teo made him feel so relaxed. Highly recommend
