Appointment was cancelled by them 2 hours before ..that had been booked weeks earlier … the reason for cancelling was for an email that simply needed to be resent … a quick phone call to the dentist or myself that morning to have it resent would have been very easily resolved …. But instead the appt was cancelled and given away …. When I said I will get the email resent no problem there solution was no we can’t see you I already gave your appt away less then 3 mins after the initial call … which I don’t believe was the case but the receptionist wouldn’t give me an answer … my poor dad gave up work for the appt and everyone else moved everything around to accomodate for this …whatever the reasoning this is very unprofessional and all I asked for was honesty … when having to deal with a dental surgeon and hospital to secure dates, having your appt cancelled last minute with only two other denture clinics in Rockhampton to try fit you in within that time frame (at late notice) will ruin a whole procedure … I would Definetly be investing your money in one of the other two clinics

I urgently needed a denture after having to get 3 damaged front teeth removed. John was so thorough and compassionate towards my situation. He made room for me in his appointments, and I had a perfectly fitted denture within 4 working days. I will go back to him for all my denture needs. Well priced too.

Made an appointment for very minor repair. Receptionist wanted to take denture to dentist.I wanted to see dentist he was too busy to talk. Mustn't been enough $.I walked out. Found another provider with better manners
