Just as I arrived for appointment I was experiencing vision distortion from migraine. The staff were amazing! Went over & above to help me with cold compresses & lay me in a dark room until it settled. Wonderful compassion and professionalism so impressed Thankyou

Highly recommend getting in touch if you have any issues with blocked ears, excessive wax, perforated ear drums etc. Only place in Rockhampton that does microsuction ear cleaning, had horrible experiences previously with water irrigation / water syringing. Very helpful and informative.
