I'm in Bundaberg and have to go through Rockhampton for making anything i need i spent almost two hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer me it's absolutely ridiculous that i can't just phone Bundaberg and speak to someone there if things don't change i will be going elsewhere I'm totally fed up with the way they run things making payments only to be told you owe them money they used to be great but not any more,

My 88 year old mother has a care package with Centacare, however she is constantly being let down. Her house is not being cleaned as per arrangements, and the arranged transport is not collecting her for hours leaving her alone. There appears to be little care here.

Looks like taking money is ALL Centrecare CQ do these days. Clients are going without services that were Promised and Signed for in CONTRACTS yet they don't even deserve notifications if staff aren't attending. How are you still operating? What a disgrace!

Worse phone manners , I have spoken to someone who seemed to be way younger than me, And has no clue or idea on what's going on, Our landlord harasses us through email and Infront off strangers/neighbours etc and threatens us, Even though we haven't done anything wrong but to try to keep the roof over our kids heads, Unfortunately they can't help us, And have been saying the exact same thing, And well... I guess this young lady still lives with their parents and is getting donations from everyone to keep herself safe yet none off our low income families. Unfortunately the world is learning not to trust anything with the words ( Catholic ) As god isnt saving anyone, In actual fact, He is flooding/drowning us all, Making us homeless, And giving the rest off the world drought ... Pfftt .. some god 🙄
