Experienced today that the staff do not care about contacting regarding changes to anything being done. Sent an appointment letter for 11am, half way there I get a notice saying that I didn't meet the requirement. They had sent me an 11am notice then cancelled it and rescheduled for a different, earlier, time and provided me no notice. This is the second time they have done this in the last few weeks, the first time being with an actual job interview. Surely literally any other agency would be better at this stage

honestly considering calling Department of Jobs & Small Business because the fact that I get punished for their lack of ability to provide notice for a change they made seemingly last minute is crazy.

I have been with Max Employment Rockhampton for some time and have come to the realization that I have never dealt with a more incompetent group. Every time I attended an appointment I was told to sit at a computer and job search only to be given my next appointment time and sent away with no discussions about employment or training opportunities. Occassionally I would attend a group meeting where the exact same spiel was given each time to give the impression that they wanted to actually help. I strongly recommend to anybody linked to Max Employment or considering going to Max Employment that you don't waste your time.

Incompetent... Unprofessional..rude..never in my life have I met a ruder bunch of staff..as an older woman I find being referred to as coyny rather than by my name or as Mrs Coyne highly offensive ..I lost count of the number of times my payment was suspended due to their incompetence. Received no assistance to find a job..at one point I was told to get a diagnosis of mental illness so I wouldn't have to work..worst job provider ever..
