Estimated our bill from a quarter $170 now estimated $900+ and ask us to submit the meter reading! If Ergon not doing the meter reading why still charge us the service fee? Very bad customer service and very rude charge people as they want now!

As soon as we have the smallest storm our power goes out. It’s always the same problem and they always take forever to fix it. Good on you Ergon.
