I am delighted with the help I received this morning at this place and extremely thankful for ending up here after two hours around Rockhampton…
I’m travelling in Australia - don’t have Medicare nor any travel insurance (which I really regret not having and in my way to get one ASAP)
I needed to see someone with urgency with gynaecology knowledge. Went to the hospital and the fees were ridiculously expensive (only 500aud for the admin fees plus everything else which could be up to 1000 they said. Even the staff at the hospital recommended me to go somewhere else saying anything would be cheaper than that… Also went to several GPs (all fully booked or none with motivation to help me as I was a new patient and an odd issue to solve)
In this place they welcomed me with a huge smile and encouraged to help me doesn’t matter how.
They didn’t ask me for any passport number - they didn’t mind who I was, but they helped and I got assistance 15 min later with no hesitation nor dramas with paperwork.
Extremely friendly and lovely people.
Thank you VERY much for your help which I extremely appreciate and will appreciate forever!❤️
