Dr Matthew Pieterse there isn’t enough stars in the World to attach to this doctors professional integrity, trust in his ability to write referral to specialist, skin checks, review medication. Dr Pieterse always asks questions takes the time to investigate my multiple health issues and he shows me compassion, patience, calmness and gives me reassurance when needed. Dr Pieterse keeps himself updated with the latest medical information.
My sons have grown up healthy under his care and guidance they have a lot of respect for him as a GP. Dr Pieterse leads a healthy life as he believes in leading by example.
The ladies at the front deck are amazing, it is the personal touches that make you feel relaxed as soon as you walk into the medical practice. Ladies 10/10 tech savvy, multitasking skills, emotional intelligence and keep my personal information confidential. Thank you for being my medical family

I just noticed that my daughter had run out of her prescription for her meds. I spoke to Kirsty and she offered me a appointment today but I have to work. I asked for a phone consult and she said no. These meds are not to be stopped immediately because her body would start experiencing withdraws. I asked again if he can please give her a script. Kirsty said that it is my fault that I forget my daughter’s meds and I’m just like the other 50 people that call a day asking for scripts. Kirsty also said that because of “people like me” doctors run late and have to catch up. I tried to defend myself and she slammed the phone in my ear and hung up. It left me feeling quite upset because this is a doctors surgery and we are humans at the end of the day.I called again and asked for a appointment time and Kirsty refused to speak to me and put me on hold. I eventually spoke to another receptionist and we have a appointment next week. They don’t even care. Very sad to have experienced such unprofessional behavior.
At our appointment the Practice manager Heather asked to speak to me. She repeatedly called me a liar in my face and denied how the receptionist treated me. Oh my goodness how can a Medical Centre employ such rude people.
Never going back again.

Dr Hantom has been looking after me for a few years.
She is gentle and thorough. I have no hesitation in saying she is at the top of my list of preferred Dr’s.
The reception staff and nurses are alway helpful, polite and professional. Can’t ask for more....

Ridiculous questioning and advice given and presumptuous from the second we walked in. No effort to read about who we are with 10 years of records on file..small file at that. This is our regular Doctor who lost contol of simple communication no human empathy. Terribly upsetting experience, my 10 year old distraught with poor behaviour of Doctor. So much more I could say but the best option is to move Doctors. There is no excuse for the unprovoked attitude of the Doctor we visited which we pre booked a week advance . 10 years of coming to this clinic. Thankfully we keep well and we don't visit often at all.
