Dr. Ali has been great. He goes above and beyond to understand the root cause of symptoms, and he looks at the patient's conditions more holistically than other doctors. He asks for additional blood tests that allow him to see the complete picture, which we wouldn’t usually get from traditional GP practice. Regarding patient experience, delays can happen, but receptionists do a great job of notifying clients before they make their way to the clinic.

Dr Ali has been a amazing Dr. Who has helped me throughout the toughest times in my life for 4 years. His staff are fantastic as well. Thank you Dr Ali for all you have done.

this place is disgusting. the WORST dr's i have come across. not only are they rude but also unprofessional, i went for a skin check with Dr Nath and he proceeded to make me feel uncomfortable and try touch me. i got a bad vibe immediately and stormed out of the room, since spreading the word i have since come to recognise it has happened to a few patients which ithink is disgusting. i know dr ali can no longer work with female patients due to this same issue. i will be reporting dr nath and this clinic!

I had to wait over an hour to see Dr O'Hagan - there was no warning from reception when I first arrived that she was running late and no apology from the doctor or reception staff when I finally went in. I don't mind waiting but an hour is too long especially without any warning. During the appointment I felt like Dr O'Hagan was passively rude to me, tearing up a referral when I wasn't sure about something and I felt belittled seeing her and asking for her advice. In the end she did treat me for some things but I felt awkward and not good about being there. Would not recommend as an all round experience.

I would give zero but not possible. I booked earliest appointment to ensure my appointment time would not be delayed however after an hour of waiting, I asked reception why the delay - Dr O’Hagen had not even arrived for work, 30mins later and still a no show - I walked out. My wife warned me the clinic was unprofessional with terrible patient service and that is why she moved the rest of family to another practice after years of this being the family Doctors. I go rarely and just for annual check-ups, gave them one more chance. I have now transferred to another practice as initially suggested by my wife - practice is not what is used to be after the loss of previous excellent Doctors.

This clinic does not respect patients time. More often than not you’re made wait up to an hour to see the Dr. and for phone appointments she rings at any time of the day regardless of the set appointment time meaning you have to be around your phone all day.
Dr O’Hagen demonstrates a minimal level of care, lacks compassion and possesses a very rude, condescending, and passive-aggressive demeanor. The reception staff are friendly and helpful though 👍

I have been seeing Dr Ali for many years now. I was a patient of his even before the Sunshine Coast Family Clinic started.

Dr Ali is caring, genuine and and a complete professional. He not only takes interest in my health and well being but ensures I can getting the best treatment.

The staff are amazing, they are polite and personable. Led by Courtney I always feel very welcome and am promptly taken through to Dr Ali.

I highly recommend Sunshine Coast Family Clinic.

I have never had an experience with a doctor as horrible as this, infact I have never had a negative experience with a doctor until visiting this clinic. I decided to try a new clinic closer to work, as it would be easier for me to go to appointments on my lunch breaks. DR Asimanogi O'hagan showed little to no care when I presented at the clinic with an ailment that later had me in the emergency department. Because the sever pain I was in went away while i was waiting in emergency and Dr O'hagan had already sent me for tests that I was just waiting on results for, I decided to leave emergency (i didn't want to clog up the system), call sunshine coast family clinic to get my results and return to work. I told Dr O'hagan this during my consult over the phone and she proceeded to talk over the top of me and tell me that I musn't have been in that much pain if I returned to work afterwards (this is just one example without revealing the nature of my illness). Thankfully I immediately called another GP and got in to see an incredible doctor who explained my illness to me (with the results of my scans/tests) and showed great care. I have never had an ailment that has taken me to emergency, so as you can imagine I was incredibly worried and nervous about what was happening to me. Your staff seem lovely, reception were nothing but nice to me. However, this doctor is a disgrace. If you are considering seeing Dr O'Hagan, I beg you to reconsider.
