Both myself and my mum have seen Dr Verkuijl. She is very thorough and gives you heaps of time. Her staff were amazing. Made mums scan appointments for her and everything. Highly recommend if you want someone who cares about women's health

Dr Renee is lovely, I had a wonderful experience with her.
Her administration lady Tracy is very rude and couldn’t care less about Dr Renee’s patients. Because of how horrible Tracy made me feel throughout my visits, I won’t be using Dr Renee again.

That Tracy is quite a little Demon pit-bull of Dr Renee’s in her practice of hell, that is for sure! Dr Renee knows, they are both in on it & get rid of many innocent souls, once there is no more money to be made out of the poor woman!!!

Incredibly poor experience, was left in tears after talking with admin staff today. Have been waiting since April 2023 to get in and see Dr Verkuijl to receive an endometriosis diagnosis. Finally saw Dr Verkuijl in mid-October. Prior to my appointment I contacted the office, as I am moving interstate in November and wanted to see if this would be an issue. Was told it would not and was pre-booked for a laparoscopy on the 31st of October. Upon seeing Dr Verkuijl the laparoscopy was cancelled, she said they would get better finding from a DIE ultrasound, was reassured this would provide answers unlike the previous 2 pelvis and transvaginal ultrasounds I have received. Was referred to another doctor to have the ultrasound done which revealed abnormalities with the way my uterus and ovaries were sitting in my pelvis, and unfortunately due to this they were areas they could not scan or see clearly, with the doctor suspecting endometriosis to be in these locations. The results were sent back to Dr Verkuijl, I called the office a week after the scan was done to touch base and hopefully see Dr Verkuijl so I could have some guidance moving forward. Spoke to receptionist Tracey who was incredulity rude, told me there was nothing more they could do as I was moving, told me they would not write me a referral to get seen by a new gynaecologist in Victoria, and I would need to start the process again by seeing a GP and getting a referral. I asked if the records received from the scan could be sent to me, so I can pass them on to my new GP, she told me no, I would need to see Dr Verkuijl for that and it was no use as I was moving, and they would no longer provide me with care.

Waited 3 months for my first initial appointment. I completed blood tests and other pathology requests, which results were sent to Dr Renee for her to check 2 months prior. When the appointment commenced, I was told blood tests etc were not what she requested and there is nothing that can be done during my first appointment - i was sent home with further pathology requests. first initial appointment went for 10 minutes - suppose to be 45 minutes. $270. the ladies at the front desk were not supportive either & you feel It’s all for the money unfortunately .
