Had an appointment for a bad tooth, got told a clean would be okay and to wait a few days. After that, pain has come back and been significantly worse. After service has been nothing short of awful. Consistently told I would get a call back about pain relief and further options when they spoke to the dentist, I had to keep chasing for 5 hours as this call never came. Final result was being told to go somewhere else as there is nothing they can do. Very expensive treatment for someone travelling Australia - waste of time and money. Now left in limbo before flying back to the UK.

Me and My partner are travelling Queensland. My partner had a dental emergency and had to get a tooth pulled. Doctor and staff were all lovely and made it very easy for us and pulled the tooth at the consultation appointment. Thought the late rush of a tooth pulling would cost us an arm and a leg but it was pretty good priced.

Naver make an appointment late!!! I had 6.15pm appointment we arrived 10 mins early but they let us in 6.30pm (we can definitely wait!!)
Doctor check my kid 5sec to have a look and said that make an appointment early because staff are waiting for finish work!! Make an other appointment next next week!!! And charge $72!!!! (The recipt show the time !! 6.40pm)

Than why they make an appointment late for me? and charge that money even haven't try to fix it So expensive and she teaches me like a child!!!!

Had a dental emergency which could not be dealt with on the day but the dentist called me and over the course of our phone conversation he expertly guided me and helped me in a way that I will be forever grateful to him....on a side note , I look forward to seeing the dentist on my next visit and thanking him and his management team team personally

Very disappointed in this dentist spent thousands of dollars for myself and my children and I had a complaint and they would not do anything to help the situation. Will never recommend
