My 24 year old bathrooms and laundry were looking extremely tied. I had Ellis Developments do my renovation for me. I knew they were very busy with their new home builds so was happy to wait for them to be able to fit me it. Once a date was set everything, went very smoothly. All subbies turned up when they said they would and completed their areas on time and left the work area very tied. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

We would like to tell you about our experience building our home with Ellis Development. My partner and I built a duplex during the covid season, which was a difficult time for many businesses, there were a few delays which was understandable during this period. In building there are always things that happen which are beyond the control of the builder, however in our situation it was the response from Ellis that made all the difference. Sarah and Daves responses were always genuine, and they kept us informed during the entire process. Now we have lived in our house for six months we have had a few teething issues, but the Ellis team have been prompt and extremely professional in fixing these issues. Sarah and Dave were unbelievable during the whole process as was the entire Ellis team. Their quality is second to none and we would recommend Ellis to anyone looking to build. Building a house and building a dream can be a tedious process, however our experience from designing the house with Malia to weekly updates from Dave and the team was outstanding. Sarah always took the time to be forthcoming and upfront with any issues or delays and we are already planning our next build with Ellis.

I have just moved into my beautiful new home built by Ellis Developments. Whilst the build time was delayed, the quality of my home is immaculate. The customer service you receive before building, whilst building and after building is fantastic. There is nothing Ellis will not do to meet your requirements. I worked with Annette throughout my build and she was attentive, responsive and always willing to find an answer to my questions. I had my new Home built and designed with Ellis over the past year, the whole experience was wonderful to me as a first home buyer/builder. They took time to help explain anything I didn't understand and were very quick to answer any questions or worries I had during my planning/development and building of the property. Staff are all great people and have had great experiences talking with them throughout the process even amidst the covid situation. Cheers, highly recommend their service and would gladly build with them again in the future given the chance!

I highly recommend building with Ellis Developments. From the beginning they were open and upfront about all aspects of the building process. My construction manager Darren was always a phone call away with any concerns or questions that I had. The client liaison officer Annette kept me up to date with the progress of the build and was a wealth of knowledge. I have now been living in my house for 2 months and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely urge anyone to get in contact if you are looking at building your dream home.

Do not build with Ellis or in the Haven. in 2022, they promised that my house would be done early 2024, just to find out that early 2024 really meant September. Taking over a year and a half to build a 2.5 bedroom home is not worth the time, wait or money. They also do not care about you personally but are very happy to ask for payments as soon as they need it.
