Total waste of our time. Drag on whether they coukd assist us for weeks to then be told they could next year. Then get a phone call saying the OT can not do reports for ndis for high price assisted technology.... what a waste of time and this should be told instantly when you are looking at there services esp when the client will be a high needs client needing this !

Ciara at Brilliant Minds has been absolutely amazing since the day we walked in, she has been seeing my daughter for 1.5 yrs and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff at the centre are always kind and very caring and the waiting room is so relaxing and very welcoming.

Absolute waste of time and money. Very vague with assessments and hinted about possible disgnoses but would not disclose anything until you pay extra to have another assessment. Have now waited three months for report to be sent through because I refused to pay for another assessment

Love love love Brilliant Minds Psychology! Amanda Hawes was beyond amazing for our whole assessment journey for our son. Our whole experience from intake to diagnoses and then support after diagnosis has been the best experience I could have imagined. We are forever grateful for Amanda’s amazing services.

We had our son go there for an psyc evaluation for adhd as requested by the GP. From the beginning we expressed specifically we wanted an official letter to go to the GP. We paid the $280 consultation fee and had the assessment. At the end of the session they offered to do a rating scale survey for another $20 to rate our sons behaviours to better assist in the process, which we thought was odd considering the clear consultation agenda that we came to them for. They sent us an email personally stating they recommend him for a adhd assessment. We then followed up to get the official letterhead sent to our GP at which point they finally revealed that would cost further fees. No on any time during during booking or the consultation advised us of this even after our intention was clearly stated. These guys have lots of little fees riddled everywhere, be very careful in dealing with them. We were considering using there service to complete the full assessment but after this we no longer trust them and feel they only care about the money as there always seems to be another fee and no one is being upfront and honest with us. We will try our luck with the public system now, as painful as it may be. Future patients beware.

I saw a female psychologist here in 2019. I went for 6 sessions in total. In the beginning I thought it was all redundant and I wasn't getting anything out of it. I felt the same going into (what I didn't know) would be my last session. But the psychologist I saw was really brilliant and without directly saying a thing led me to solving my current situation on my own in which I'm very comfortable and loving life. She was very helpful. The reception staff are also very lovely. I think a psychologist's primary objective is to help you in any way they can and she definitely did.

I went there needing help. On the brink of a a complete mental breakdown and seeking guidance and support. Instead I paid $3000 for an ADHD diagnosis (double what it costs most other places) and no follow up support no treatment plan NO HELP. I'm no closer to therapy now than when I went in, which is all I really wanted.

I was crying in the lobby today and Jenni walked by and told me to come to her office, she helped me calm down and talked with me about why i was crying. I couldn’t be more thankful for her and her daughter, i genuinely appreciated it so much and it made me feel so much better. It’s so nice that they were willing to help a stranger, and i am so thankful for them. ❤️
