I could not recommend OCQ enough!! After lifelong reflux and being dismissed by regular Dr’s for what felt like a lifetime, I finally got the chance to speak with Dr Daoud and I am so glad that I did. Dr Daoud is straight down the line and very very informative & supportive. He understood all of my concerns and him and his team supported me every step of the way throughout the whole process making it pretty well seamless. I am so very thankful to have had my hiatus hernia & GI/Reflux issues fixed… the weightloss is just an added bonus for me. Dr Daoud took me seriously from the get go and has given me my quality of life back…. Pair this care and support with his amazing gorgeous administration team Jazmin & Sarah and I can see why OCQ is so highly rated & recommended. I know I will be telling everyone I know to ring OCQ if they need GI / WLS help. Thanks again team, I appreciate you all SO much <3

Dr Daoud and his staff are exceptional. His bedside manner is excellent, he was back at the hospital between 6-7 am to check in with me (and his other patients) and see how I was going. He happily and patiently answered any questions that I had and once you are his patient, you are his patient for life. Check ups every 6 months. I cannot recommend Dr Daoud enough.

Doctor Mark daoud is incredible, wealth of bariatric surgical knowledge especially when consulting him for surgical opinions. He has a genuine compassionate touch. My step father and mother have seen him for their our tolls in aiding weight loss. Of course I thought I'd see him due to his special interest in these cases. His team are also knowledgeable and lovely with any queries and answering the form/ documentation process. Sunnybank private is a fantastic facility too. Thank you to everyone who looked after me 🙂

Dr Daoud performed hernia surgery on me at the Sunnybank Private Hospital in Oct 21. Despite some complications due to it being the second time having this surgery (first time with another surgeon) the operation went well and Dr Daoud pronounced himself satisfied with the result. Now, four weeks after surgery, my wounds have healed, I am pain-free and back to my normal routine.

Throughout my short association with Dr Daoud, from the initial consultation, to the surgery and the follow up consultations both in hospital and in his rooms a few weeks later, I found Dr Daoud to be competent, friendly and professional. He was always polite and approachable, and I felt comfortable and safe in his capable hands. I had no hesitation in selecting him to be my surgeon, and my G.P. supported my decision.

The office staff were also helpful and polite, and the pre and post surgery instructions that were given to me verbally and in writing, were clear, concise and easy to understand.

Surgery can be a stressful experience for patients, but under Dr Daoud’s care, it all went smoothly, with no hiccups or complications. In addition, Dr Daoud’s charges were reasonable and certainly not excessive.
