Caloundra Health Hub medical centre has friendly-helpful reception staff and nurses.
Dr Rehab is an intelligent and caring GP knowledgeable of various medical matters, and takes a interest in patients health , there is no rush consultation with her patients,the medical assistance to the patient is more important than the time taken.

This doctor surgery are the most useless and unprofessional have ever had to deal with. Their incompetence was displayed and when after 6 mths waiting for a specialist appointment. I found out they didn’t book it for me. Then admitted the mistake. Then after complaining of their fault. They refused to serve me. Absolutely pathetic. I will be taking legal action.
All they care about is money.

This clinic has gone downhill over the years and due to the treatment of my father last week I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. He has Pulmonary Fibrosis and coughed a couple of times and was told to wear a mask although he did not have covid or the flu and the mask would not help his breathing. There were two other people in the waiting room. To add insult to injury, he was then told to sit in a consulting room on his own. No offer of water or anything - just isolation. There was no need for this treatment as he explained his medical condition and as professionals I would expect better treatment. It seems this clinic is more about the money than their patients and I will no longer be attending. Do better.

One of the worst health hub I went into . Was a patient for a year . No proper communication and no customer /patient focused management. I booked Dr. Deepak a week before and at the time of appointment it was told that no medical reports were transferred. Instead , he made a consultation fee of $86. Doctor spoke to me for 5 seconds .(" Sorry, medical reports has not been here yet") Do doctor charge $86 for this statement? ..
I complained explaining whole story to health hub email and was asked to process the refund . Went there for the refund but EFTPOS was not working. They asked me to come back after 2 week, tried several time for the follow up , did not get back to me. Worst patient service & how can EFTPOS be not working for refund ? Its all planning of robbery in name of health hub . Attached are the screenshots of my email to health hub . Don't recommend anyone . Don't have a goodwill of treating patient/customer . I find it totally money oriented business in name of a health hub.

If someone have faced such issue, please raise voice to Health Ombudsman. Its totally against of Health Ombudsman act 2013.

This is an ok practice I have been going here for a few years and happy with my doctor. I don’t like how I can’t book a phone appointment online if I have cold or flu symptoms. I’ve been sick as a dog and had to wait 4 days just to get a simple course of amoxicillin

I've had a very long association with this clinic, over 20 years. Twice in the last year when I've had Covid19 and needed to get the Anti Viral, as I am well over 70, the reception have not been willing to get me a quick Tele-Health appointment to obtain the script. Medical professionals advise that it is important to take the medicine asap, certainly within 5 days. I went elsewhere and was looked after well.
Is the doctor unaware of Reception's stand or is Reception unaware of the need to act quickly with this one.
