I recently visited Alison, the new Osteopath at Next Level Health and she was fantastic. She's an ex dancer like me, and she was the first person that's really understand my body and posture, and the "why" behind my ongoing headaches. She was very thorough in her assessment, treatment and education with helpful exercises provided to prevent this problem from coming back. She was very gentle, and precise in her treatment. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Going to see doctors of any kind or getting any treatment or medicine hasn't been part of my life. I am naturally healthy and sensitive to body messages.
But this time I needed help with neck and back injury due to hard physical work.
I came in to see Dr Shea Trattler and he skillfully assessed what to be done.
His intervention on my neck and back, I can described them as smooth clean, precise and very effective. Lots of experience behind it.
It's been now 3 days since the treatment, and I recover progressively the previous mobility and flexibility I had lost.
I can't thanks enough Dr Shea for his healing abilities.

Excellent remedial message. Very caring, professional, and friendly service. Rudolph is knowledgeable in his field and gives advice that is extremely useful in day-to-day movement. I’ve been seeing Rudolph for more than a year now. Initially, as part of my pain management plan – I had a disc bulge in my lower back and the immense pain affected me daily. I’ve since healed from this, and I still book remedial massages with Rudolph as part of my fitness regime.

So grateful to have found Rudolph! Did a Muskuloskeletal therapy with him to address a glute/lower back spasm I had during my travels, it was extremely helpful and unexpectedly educational. Through his assessment I was able to notice which muscle groups I most needed to work on and gave me helpful stretches and ideas to work on them. 100% recommended
