They were good years ago, the receptionist were friendly the old Doctors knowledgeable now receptionist come across rude most of the time. I recently got billed $80 for 6min phone call. $800 an hour they are doing alright. I’m going elsewhere.

Dalia, the receptionist, greets everyone with such a warm, comforting smile and handles everything with the utmost professionalism, making each visit a little brighter. Dr. Ghina is truly exceptional—she not only possesses great knowledge and warmth but also takes the time to listen attentively, making you feel deeply cared for during your appointment. Speaking with her always uplifts my spirits. Dr. Mary is amazing with children and has an extraordinary ability to accurately diagnose issues, and her sweet demeanor always puts patients at ease. Cas, the nurse, is also incredibly kind and considerate. Overall, every visit to the clinic leaves me feeling truly uplifted and supported. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of exceptional care.

Extremely unreliable. Every time I come I don’t get in to see the doctor for a least 25 minutes. I have come 3 times to try and get the same procedure done on my ear durning my 45min lunch break and every time I have had to walk out. Considering the procedure only takes 10 minutes I’m very disappointed.

Dr Brenda Mary has looked after us now ,my Hubby and myself, for about 3 years now and she is professional, friendly, and thorough with all things we have had reason to see her about , especially my hubby's complex issues, the reception staff are great too always a smile and acknowledgement when we arrive , also the nurse is very attentive helpful and caring too, I would highly recommend Dr Mary and this practice to all my friends and family...

Unfortunately it is a pity that i would have to change my dr because of the incompetent receptionist. The dr was very good but the service received from the reception is disgusting. Receptionists must learn some professionalism and learn time management as well. I had an appointment at 1pm today. I walked in and checked in for that appointment just before 1pm around 12.58. At around 1.30pm i heard the reception put a telehealth call through to the dr and then i asked how long will the dr be as i had been waiting long. The dr saw me at 1.40pm and asked if I was late for my appointment as she had been waiting for me. I was shocked as no one told her that I had checked in at 1pm. I told the dr that I had been waiting since 1pm. The dr saw on her system that the receptionist only signed me in at 1.19pm inspite of seeing me sit there and wait with my young daughter. This is utterly ridiculous and rude. This is the second time that this has happened as the last time I was there with my son I waited an hour and when I saw the dr she said that she didn't even know I was there waiting as nobody told her. On that day my son was extremely ill but he was made to wait unnecessarily. The drs here are so good but the unfriendly receptionist is causing patients like me to keep away from this clinic. It would also be nice to receive a smile from reception when a patient walks in when saying hello.

I have known the doctors for 6 years now. They are great & knows what a patient wants & it is hard to find one in now days. The receptionist are very lovely, understanding, caring & if there is an emergency they will definitely fit you in.

The service is great! The reception staff is so lovely every time I’ve had an interaction with them, they have managed to resolve my requests and cater for my needs.

The doctors at this centre are ver capable and some of the best GPS on the Southside, I definitely get my issues resolved, diagnosed and treated properly with care. Could not recommend it more for a long term GP centre!

My family has visited this practice and Doctor Farag for as long as I can remember. Lovely reception staff who know regular patients by name, great service, and Dr Farag is amazing. Waiting times may be a bit long for her, however it’s because she truely cares about each one of her patients. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else
