Sorry this is quite a late review, however during the month of October I had the most wonderful experience with one of the exercise physiologists named Lily, who really encouraged me to start working out more often and building up my confidence for the gym. I appreciated her enthusiasm and support when going through exercises, providing me sheets of these workouts and how they target different areas, while also creating a whole workout plan for me. I truly enjoyed my time at Champion Health and thank everyone involved, especially Lily, with pushing me to start at the gym again and being more health focused. I would definitely go back!!! and hope to within the new year. Thanks again!

I was referred to Champion Health by my GP under a care plan for physiotherapy, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Over the course of five sessions—three with their physiotherapists and two with their exercise physiotherapist—I gained so much confidence in managing my condition.

The staff at Champion Health are exceptional. Not only did they provide me with a tailored exercise program that has been immensely helpful, but they also took the time to address all my additional questions. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and understood my treatment plan.

The receptionists were also incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with, making the entire experience seamless from the moment I walked in. The clinic itself is clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and professional.

Overall, I highly recommend Champion Health for anyone needing physiotherapy or exercise programs. Their personalized care and supportive environment make a huge difference!

I have been fortunate enough to enjoy Champion Health's hydrotherapy classes through the Logan City Council Fit and Active program. Our instructor Jack is just wonderful and so friendly. He makes each week's class fun, we laugh and he shows so much dignity and respect to each member of the class, no matter our age group or disability and makes sure we are all comfortable with each exercise. I hope there is the opportunity for this to continue. Thanks Champion Health for being part of this program with the Logan City Council.

I want to acknowledge my current EP, Abbie Russell as a most caring and knowledgeable professional. She has the care of her patients as the prime consideration for the duration of her appointments. Abbie is a kind and caring person who is able to get me to complete my program with sound advice and considerable care that makes it a more attainable task. If I could zero stars I would. I had a phone call in the morning to say that they had received my EMP from my GP and would I like to organise the appointments. Wow the person I spoke to was friendly and communicative. A short while later I had another phone call that the appointment that had been booked was a double booking and I would need to change my appointment. Tonight I arrived for the first of my appointments and receptionist couldn’t have been more unhelpful if she tried. She didn’t have a record of the EMP and if I wanted to continue with the appointment I would have to pay privately. I questioned how could you not have it when YOUR practice rang me to make appointments. Her response was that I only started at 3pm so I wouldn’t know what you were told. Further appointments are cancelled - if this is the level of care and empathy then you can forget it. I’m sure the practitioners may be lovely but you have to get past reception first. Absolute fail
