Rude receptionist. young lady that served us greeted us with nothing but rudeness since we entered, no hello and demands a date of birth with a straight face, shouting over the counter at a private conversation and on the way out just waits for our money. When calmly asked if they accepted a private health card was rudely told “no, just tap here” $106 later. absolutely appalling, don’t bother booking an appointment. it doesn’t hurt to smile 🙂

I have been a patient with Craignish Doctors for over 6 years.
The doctors and ownership have changed over the years.
The current doctors ( I have seen 4 of them) are nothing short of excellent.
I would highly recommend them.
Only problem is that if they get more patients it will add to the wait time to get an appointment

I called today, as my profoundly disabled daughter was recommended to your clinic by health professionals in the community. All was going well, when reception arranged for my daughter to see one of the GPs, but upon learning that my daughter has highly complex needs, I was placed on hold. Apparently, this was a problem. After taking my daughter's case to their directors it was decided that they could not see my daughter at the clinic. Discrimantion is alive and kicking and I will be taking this further. I am also a trained health professional and I am disgusted at your inabilty to care for the most vulnerable in the community - for individuals such as my daughter, who need it the most.

All I can say is I was very disappointed to here that Dr Kay Myo had finished her residence at Main Street Medical Centre...Craignish Doctors what a wonderful doctor and human you now have on your team..Dr Myo is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be alive today..Thankyou Dr Myo for being a wonderful person..I wish you all the very best..Donna..

Rude Doctors. Been there a few times and have been met with arrogance by 1 doctor in particular. I won't name and shame but everyone I have been seen by him he is rude and aggressive and keeps talking over the top of you and won't give you a chance to talk. More interested in rushing you through than trying to help. Apart from the young girl at reception I find the older receptionists a bit rude also. I'll be finding another doctor now. Sick of being treated so poorly by a health professional.

Appalling behaviour by the GP! The GP cancelled my appointment because one of my symptoms is coughing, despite me testing negative for covid. I offerred to sent the test results to them beforehand. That was declined and no reason was offered wh. I was sent away to find a different GP/ clinic. I said that I really need medical assistance but I was just brushed off callously.

Dr Rahman is very thorough and friendly. I attended his cannabis clinic and have had great success with eliminating a debilitating pain caused through arthritis in my neck.
