I had sedation last Thursday for my MRI as I am claustrophobic. The nurse who put the cannula in was amazing . He got the vein first time .
The staff were very caring and professional from reception to radiographers. It’s not the first time I’ve been to this X-ray clinic. It’s always a pleasure . Well done to all staff!!!

Fairly fast service. They forgot to tell me I could leave after a CT scan. Uncomfortable seats in waiting area. Staff on reception love talking to each other….. whilst radiology staff are pleasant and respectful.
Some services you need to book in for. A few parks out front.

I had my MRI appointment on 28 November 2024, around 7pm. The MRI lady was exceptionally professional, friendly and attentive to my claustrophobia concerns. Everything went well. This was one of the best medical services I’ve ever received. Thank you ☺️

Sarah Thankyou for calculating the miliseivert level I will receive as I am a long time aviation worker and we count our exposure and you stayed on the phone and gave me reassurance then said you would come and talk about our conversation to the tech when I have my stress test. You are the angel in my week where I have not had genuine or caring responses from health workers and one dismissive nurse even made me cry. You have made all the difference to my anxiety level ( important after a heart episode) just because you cared. Queensland X-ray don’t loose Sarah.

I have been here multiple times and like the reviewer above, I cannot fault the friendly, professional, caring service that they provide every single time.

Most recently, I was offered a next day appointment for MRI with contrast, didn't have to wait at all on arrival. The lovely staff got the cannula in first go, and listened and helped manage potential challenges created by other health conditions, and talked me through the entire process. Then a comprehensive report was with my GP within 24hours. What a fantastic team!

I had a great experience after a urgent request from my doctor to have a CT scan. The reception team were able to book me in to have my scan quickly and all went smoothly. I was scared about having contrast but the radiologist was able to talk to me and was very kind and reassuring. The nurses were also amazing, especially Ruby who looked after me so well as I had the injection. She's so patient and gentle. I am grateful. Thank you team for assisting me so well!

Had to visit twice for two injections (2 weeks apart) and could not fault the teams on both occasions. Professional, caring and friendly service. Happy to be in their hands if ever needed. Keep up the good work.
