Kaiser's medical record communication is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The process of sending over lab results to another doctor should not be difficult, yet as I have been trying for 2 months, sending requests as well as my doctors office sending requests for my medical records, the lady on the phone asks why I am arguing with her.

I absolutely loved my doctor at Kaiser but trying they have made this process so difficult. If you have to leave to another doctor's office, be sure to get a hard copy of all your records before your last appointment. Otherwise you may never see them, it seems they hold them hostage.

Very friendly and helpful staff member, Michelle, quickly assisted me and gave me all of the information I was requesting for my upcoming appointment.

By far the worst service ever. The doctor told me I would not get charged for a test. Then a month later I was charged $178 for that lie. When I tried talking to them about it they told me too bad. Go to Humana and save some money.
