So relieved to have found Footsteps. The Support Coordination team have been nothing short of brilliant in helping me understand my daughter's plan. They have been incredibly patient with me when I've asked for quote after quote when I couldn't decide on services to suit our family. They don't make me feel like a nuisance , nothing I ask is a bother for them and they're knowledgeable when I ask them a million questions if they don't know they're quick to get back to me with an answer. I went to Footsteps after a friend recommended it. Suffering from anxiety and frustrated, I was connected with Peter. Peter helped me understand my anxieties, help me with depression, coping strategies among much more personal issues. I found this company by accident but I'm glad I did. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and wish I could give them more then 5 Stars, I'm forever recommending them to others in simular circumstances.

We were really really struggling, multiple places told us "don't come back". Accessed services through them promptly,. Play based therapy, completely different approach to everywhere else I have tried. The therapist we have is nothing other then absolutely amazing, very patient and caring. Within a few weeks I started to notice a difference, a few months later down the track there has been huge improvement.

Absolutely disgraceful. Planned meetings to help my impaired son after I reached out to them. The day of the meeting they didn't respond to any of my calls, voicemails or emails. Very unfair and unprofessional. They only care about the money. Seek help elsewhere.
