From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and a warm welcome, instantly making me feel at ease. Their professionalism and efficiency in handling appointments and inquiries were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was smooth and comfortable. Attended for podiatry service with James Han. First time receiving podiatry care so wasn't sure what to expect. James was fantastic. Very clear and patient in explaining options. Very proficient (and gentle) in performing procedure.
It is a clean and pleasant centre and the lady on reception was friendly and helpful.

I was thinking the whole day if I should write down a bad review... but probably I should, because I was so upset after visiting Dr. Lisa Yue. She was rude, literally saying to me that my symptoms (which very bothering me), it's because I am OLD (I am 39). She was very unprofessional, with no empathy, no listening. In the end, she literally said: go to your previous GP, don't come to me.

The practice itself is very beautiful, renowned, and well furnished. Reception was quite friendly.

What a pleasant experience! We have recently had the dreadful task of looking for a new doctor as our previous one retired. After reviewing so many on line, we made an appointment with Dr Navin Anand at Qualitas. We arrived 15 minutes early and were taken by surprise when he called us in immediately. He was lovely to deal with. Asked good questions without being invasive, and undertook evaluation quickly but thoroughly. The Receptionists at this practice were very friendly and professional as well and it was lovely and clean. To say we are impressed is an understatement! Thank you.

First time visit for my baby to be seen - reception staff were very lovely however the doctor I took my son to was very rude and intimidating. I don't know if that's his culture but it felt like I was talking to a drill sergeant; talking very firmly, loudly and talking over me. The information and treatment he gave wasn't bad but his approach was rude. Please talk to him abiut he he speaks to patients.

I have been coming to Qualitas Medical Practice Springwood for a little while now, my whole family come here. Wait times aren't long. I get anxiety coming to the doctors but never feel anxious once I am in and seeing a Dr from this practice. They all make me feel at ease.

This post is specifically about Dr Latif who I had a horrible interaction with. I was one of the first appointments of the day, still had to wait 20 mins over my booking time. Then when I entered, he asked me who my doctor/family doctor was. To which I replied that I didn’t have one but I came from Underwood’s doctors because some were rude (didn’t mention any names). He responds with “If you were not happy there, you will not be happy here. I don’t like patients like you.” This was within 30 seconds of meeting him. This was 2 weeks ago and now I’m certain he didn’t even refer me for my ear infection as I’ve not received any call. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Do not book with him, rather wait a few extra days for a better doctor.

To Dr Latif,
Being a doctor is more than just having some medical knowledge, it’s also about connecting and making patients feel safe and comfortable. If you do not have the heart or empathy to be in the health industry. Find a new profession.
