Most of the doctors won’t let you stay in the room for more than 5 minutes and will rush you out of the room, have also been told by multiple doctors to “just look it up” when I have come in with questions. These are not warm family doctors, would not recommend. The only kind doctor I have had is Dr Stephanie.

Dr. Lin is a wonderful doctor who is warm, kind, and extremely professional. She can make you feel really relaxed in a humorous way. Because of her patience, I waited for ten more minutes, but the wait was worth it.

Needed urgent script refill which other surgeries will do. The script is my regular medication. Receptionist demanded I make an appointment to come in. The only option I was given was $70 for a telehealth to do 5mins of work. Other surgeries will provide a refill under these circumstances, it's not a controlled medication. Be aware that when in difficult circumstances there is no flexibility at this surgery.

One of the worst practices I've been to. I had to wait 15mins past my appointment time (1st appointment of the day) because the doctor was late. When I finally got seen, he was very dismissive and kept cutting me off while I was explaining my pain and history. I knew that I had bursitis from previous flare ups and I literally had to demand a referral to get an ultrasound done to confirm and seek treatment. He kept trying to send me to the physio without tests. I ended up wasting a week to get tests and "inconclusive results", before I went to another doctor who confirmed diagnosis and organised treatment within 4 days! Don't come here unless you want to be talked over and referred to places you don't need to go (I'm assuming they get some kind of commission for each patient that they refer).

The doctor asked me what medicine I should take?!?! How am I meant to know. Isn't that the reason I came to him?

I said I deferred to his judgement as he is doctor. The medicine he prescribed me the pharmacist said doesn't match my symptoms at all. Likely the wrong type of flu!

This was one of the worst experiences with a Doctor. Dr Kate, as they refer to her was horribly rude, dismissive and abrasive. How dare she? Doctors are supposed to be caring. At the 11 minute mark, Dr Kate said "times up. I don't give patients more than 8 minutes. You are over by 3 minutes. "
