Appointment occurred on time.
Dr and staff are very friendly and explained things.
The only thing that I was not clear on prior to the appointment was the $10 per tested allergy item.
So it is not a broad spectrum blood analysis- but rather what you think you may have issues with.
But overall- we went through what he thought was common allergy positive results and we found a culprit that we can now avoid and have scheduled a catch-up to get follow up tests based on the legume that was allergic to.

i left my appointment feeling humiliated, confused, and upset. my gp laughed at me when i asked her to fill out my immunisation forms which are necessary to commencing university placement. however, the nurse who administered my shot was lovely. almost left in tears, not due to the shot, but due to the doctor's attitude!

plus i arrived early for my appointment which was first thing in the morning so there shouldnt be any delay only to wait for 30+mins because the doctor was late for work! are you kidding me? then when i told her i needed to speak to her about a script, she told me we wouldn't have enough time and i'd have to book another appointment. we wouldve had time if you had showed up to work on time! you can't blame the traffic when its the exact same route you'd be driving every day to get to work!

no value or respect for patients. only reason this gets a star at all is for the nurse!

Dr Seedat is a great family doctor. His calm
words and compassion takes away half the disease. Sometime there is a long wait but a busy doctor like him has many patients. He does not push patients away quickly. He patiently listens and responds to all the questions before making diagnoses and providing treatment. He has been our family doctor for past 10 years.

When your appointment time comes, better bring your sleeping bag, food, water, and fully charged device, maybe set a bonfire, cause the waiting time is gonna be infinite and cold.

Feel like an idiot coming here. Doctor sat me down behind a filing cabinet, I had to move the chair forward 2 feet just to make eye contact with her. Not much point because I couldn't understand any of the words from her mouth and not sure what tests she's sent me to go and do. I do know I didn't get a refill of my medication that I need.
