Since the Owner/Doctor took over there has been a noticeable focus on putting patients in a position of having to attend the clinic every 3-4 weeks to obtain their lifelong medications. This includes meds which are allowed by law to be prescribed with 5 repeats, with would last six months without further visits, if well.

Every request requires yet another appointment. I believe all doctors are directed to follow the regime of constantly returning under the guise of care.

The Owner/Doctor refuses elderly patients who are on lifelong medications to have their prescriptions with any repeats.

He has also instigated taking elderly patients off very low dose anxiety medications and uses fear tactics that "the government won't allow you to have these any more". Which is untrue.

Though advised by industry related colleagues that this is a cruel practise and he should be more empathetic, kind and sensible, rather than blunt and rigid.

I am disgusted by the ethics practised by this Owner/Doctor. My personal GP there was efficient but I can no longer tolerate the income-generating practises and lack of "Care".

To the point I have left the practise after over a decade.

A business with doctors more focused on making money for the bare minimum effort that they thought they could get away with.

One only wanted to do 15 minute consults and he was a slow typist, so he wasn't really open to looking after people with more complex health needs and that's many of us as we get older. That said in all fairness to him he did do a thorough check over of me once.

Another one played dumb and said he couldn't help me when he could have quiet easily and it was a serious matter. Both these Doctors did not attempt to write me a proper referral when asked initially.

Both of the above Doctors need to know I have been diagnosed with a serious condition which could kill me or cause a major stroke, if I don't get surgery. Thankfully I persevered, despite the walls they put up in assisting me.

The other doctor didn't put my medical history on the letter to the specialist and the specialist actually said this wasn't good, and it's not.

It did left me wondering about certain doctor's qualifications and ethics.

The reception staff were very good though.

Dr surekha sunkara is an amazing doctor, very empathetic, very knowledgeable, and explains everything you need, which is everything a patient seeing a doctor needs. I highly recommend her. Dr Jamie Sutherland is amazing too, he’s been a GP there for some time now, so everyone already knows that.

Disappointed.
As a veteran, I was told that it’s too much “everything” to service my needs.
I went to them for help to provide assistance to my lifestyle in order to manage my Physical and non physical pain.
The practice was more focused on easy business and not servicing veterans.
More to follow if requested.

I had an appointment with doctor Benhaz. She made me wait for almost an hour for my appointment. Her service was horrible, I had cervical screening, which I don't recommend anyone to do with her. She was not careful at all and she didn't even have all her tools ready. Such a horrible experience for me, definitely I will never back.

The Receptionist people also gave horrible service.

I had been referred to the Physiotherapist for 4 sessions to assist my condition by Dr. Maibody. The Physiotherapist, Swati was extremely attentive and efficient in getting my injury to a workable, almost pain-free status. Thank you, Keperra Medical Centre. I can highly recommend Swati to anyone requiring physiotherapy.

Me and my Partner had an appointment with Dr Behnaz Khosravi at 2:30PM, we almost waited an hour to get to our appointment.
1. We felt very rushed.
2. Attitude was extremely poor.
3. Her word goes and does not care about patience’s values of words.
4. We paid 90$ for something that to be honest I could have done myself 😂
5. Speaking in a very performance language and expecting the patient to understand. Unacceptable

And I don’t see anyone from the clinic to address any of the issues for other patients/customers in the review section.

I do hope that some high authority to take a look at this.

Thanks for nothing basically

Wish I’d read these reviews before going. $90 2minute tele consult with zero care just a ‘so what do you want from me’ have tried a few times with this clinic and they are not for me.
