Top pricks! In all seriousness, I've always found the staff here to be excellent.

I've been so grateful for their kindness, understanding, patience, friendliness, empathy, and their calm & professional conduct.

I certainly also always appreciate their consistently brilliant skills! I'm frequently surprised when someome tells me that they're done, because I've barely felt a thing, and it's so quick!

As someone who has a lifelong phobia of needles etc, I've found that I can trust the staff at QML Pathology Arana Hills to do what I need so that I can manage my phobia and we can all get things done as quickly, easily, & effectively as possible.

This has become my go-to place for blood work for a lot of reasons, but perhaps beyond all else, because the staff really do listen and care.

I went to QML Arana Hills for quite an extensive blood test this morning. I have been a couple of times now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Each time I go they are very professionaI and treat me with respect. Today was a particularly difficult time with my veins. They never lost patience and treated me and each other so respectfully. Why does this pathology not have a numbering system for people queuing up in the waiting room..I was 12th in line when I arrived and people were coming in behind me. Very busy and annoying trying to keep track of my place in the line.

One elderly lady asked me to keep track of her place in the line as she was struggling to remember. Had one person push infront of me.

Two stars are for the nurses doing a great job. Overall experience wasn't a pleasant one.

It strange that this one got lots of bad reviews. I went to that place to inquiry about blood test. The lady from first right side room, she have a glance to me and don’t care at all. I was looking her at the waiting area. She move to another left side room, that she look at me like her enemy and didn’t talk to me anything. At least, she should be able to let me know that she will come soon to me. I’m coming this place as their customer to take service. No thank for being rude with me and ugly enough for zero star.

The team here are incredible. I never like a blood test (who does) but I’ve felt a lot less stress since coming here. I come around 6:30am and am seen within 5 minutes.

This Arana Hills clinic is conveniently open 7days a week. The young lass that took my blood was friendly and didn’t leave any bruising.
