Took my partner to get his wisdom teeth removed at the dentist, can’t fault the doctors doing the procedure, they took the upmost care!! But while waiting we watched 1 of the office ladies say to a waiting customer “hang on while I go make my coffee” slurps it and laughs in his face, Leaving the other 3 office ladies to finish their customer and serve!
Pretty piss poor service from the front desk as we come out, we asked, didn’t have to sign anything so we left. The doctor didn’t write a medical certificate, I come back in to get one to be told “we don't do medical certificates” and sent away with an attendance slip after they made me wait to scan in his scripts that he got sent away with! uhhhhh since when does a Government Medical Facility not do medical certificates and why were the scripts not scanned in when I asked if we needed to sign anything
Feel sorry for the lady they were training!
To add he’s having minor complications, has been trying to call the surgery, still waiting. A 1+ hr wait time Come on guys!

was referred here after a severe mental health episode that required hospitalisation. I can’t stress enough how disgusting my experience here was. After suffering through the most traumatic experience of my life, the staff here were nothing but condescending and completely inept at handling mental health crises with the compassion and patience people deserve. The psychiatrist I saw asked incredibly intrusive, unnecessary questions and dismissed my utterly harrowing experiences as ‘minor’ and that he’d ‘seen worse’ (I had a literal PSYCHOTIC BREAK that lasted weeks and severe trauma) and offered no real help or support, simply sending me away with some random medication that didn’t even work. No one seemed to be aware I was still in the middle of this episode and did not even seem to understand my condition, which is appalling for mental health ‘professionals.’ When I described my loss of touch with reality and delusions caused by psychosis, the psychiatrist insisted that psychosis doesn’t cause that?! (It absolutely does-it’s literally the main symptom) It’s actually shocking how lacking they are in the most basic knowledge concerning mental illness. Shocked this guy even had a job here - they must be hiring ANYBODY. Genuinely think the hiring criteria here is finding the most vile unempathetic humans on the planet with zero knowledge of mental illness. Left here even more suicidal than I already was. Stay away.

Arrive 30 minutes early and you should be able to find a spare parking bay under the building.

Then, enter the complex through the back door. The dental clinic is on Floor 1.

It takes 1 person like Neda & her assistant Tess to put your faith back in the health system 🙏🏼 I can not express how relevant Neda made me feel. What a beautiful lady & an amazing Dentist, I know I'm a hard case. I have had many cranio facial surgeries & I am petrified of Dentist's but no, not at this place, a clean professional dental clinic, wonderful environment, even the reception staff are kind & helpful.
THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART NEDA & TESS

Queensland health ruin lives for a living.... don't ask for help, you will regret it... nothing's confidential with your doctor like you think it is... Mental Health have used things against me that I said in private to my doctor...they've cut me off medical cannabis, they've called the pigs on me and got me busted...they've got me hooked on Buvidal injections after I went through 6 days of withdrawals to get off opiates...what sort of clinic offers a drug addicted person more drugs If this so-called drug clinic was even slightly serious about curing people from addiction then why don't they prescribe Ibogaine? For those who have never heard of it you should Google it...it resets the opiate receptors within 24 hours. It's been on the prescription list since 2010 but there's no official supplier for it so no one prescribes it....a bit like MDMA, it's in a similar situation....plus, the dentist made me wait for 12 months just to get my bottom teeth...these people are vindictive, spiteful, nasty piece's of work....the whole building is full of sociopathic people that have no consideration for my mental health or my well being.

As a support worker, I accompanied one of my clients to an appointment last week, and she had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and made the process a good experience for her. Accommodating throughout the visit, and they did an excellent job.
Since my client doesn't have a Google account, she asked me to please leave a review on her behalf, using her last name : Saavedra “ thank you so much “ She was impressed with the quality of service she received.

The staff were lovely and in particular Mark, my dentist, was incredibly caring and in depth with every detail. I was not only Educated but cared for and listened to, therefore I appreciated every second (despite hating going to the dentist) . This place is an upgrade from other bulk bill dentals I have had to go to over the years. They take their patients pain seriously and only want to help with 100% effort. Thankyou!
