Very disappointed. I am reviewing against a particular doctor and not the medical practice which has many good doctors. I had been seeing Dr Kim Lee around many things and had to have a follow up blood test for 2nd test for low thiroud. I also had been seeing her for back issues and she mentioned my inflammation markers were a bit high. As part of my overall health I took the advice to see a physio for back who asked for two more components to be added to my blood test such as a check for rumatoid arthritis. The doctor refused to add these to the blood test I had been given without seeing her again. Another of many extra appointments time and money. In saying that I had to see her with all my results after the blood test I escalated to her twice to get these adding with a resounding no and that I had to see her. How rediculous. Very disappointed in a young and immature attitude in my opinion.

Very disappointing service from the nurse called Donna. She had zero interest in looking after me. She was blunt and rude at times during the appointment. Referred onto Dr Theodores. She made me feel like a number or tick and flick. Quite sad given I have been coming here for years. Used to be a family owned business and got treated like family.

Disappointed with the fee increase which has diminished the Medicare rebate increase for patients. There was no way the service I received from the doctor I consulted was worth $166; with only half of that being rebated from Medicare. Too many backroom staff and an obvious focus on making money.

Well equipped medical centre with plenty of doctors which have a variety of special interests. The online booking system is very convenient, including an automated recall for test and follow up reminders. Also completing the questionnaire prior to consultations is very helpful too. They’re transparent about costs and always process Medicare rebates. I’ve seen about 5 doctors here and all were lovely. The admin are usually nice, only once did I have an unpleasant encounter with one of the receptionists telling me I needed an ($80) appointment just to get a pathology referral despite my doctor telling me to call and ask for the form. Dr Ong is entirely wonderful, very attentive and thorough in his consultations. I recommended my terminally ill grandmother to see him and she loved being under his care until the bitter end. From another perspective, I work in medical administration at a separate practice and we often receive correspondence from WH MC. Their referrals are much more detailed than other GPs, which is very helpful for specialists. Overall, I enjoy being under their care and will continue to recommend them.

I go here to drop off an elderly patient. There is nowhere to pull over and allow her the time to get out of the car park. I need to walk her to the lift so she can get upstairs. During this time my car is blocking the car park which annoys people. There is no other way because the footpath is not even and quite steep and the patient can not manage it.

Both staff and doctors are very friendly, helpful and understanding.

So I don't understand why Weller's Hill Medical Centre still haven't sent my medical records to my new doctors even those they requested it twice over weeks? 🤔🤔🤔

Dr. Viet Tran is an amazing GP.Does not rush through his appointments. Very polite and patient. Did a perfect diagnosis and prompt treatment. Dr. Tran cannot thank you enough for the treatment that you provided today

We absolutely love this clinic! Dr Eriko is extreme patient, knowledgeable and positive, as new parents we have a lot of questions but she never rushes to get us out, she provides lots of information which is very helpful! We are so happy that we found an awesome doctor for our baby boy! The nurse and receptionists are also very kind and friendly. We highly recommend this clinic ! Cindy
