I went for a routine skin check prior to getting laser pigmentation removal. I was told it’s $110 out of pocket for the skin check, which is expensive for a 5 minute appointment but was ok with. I asked Dr Raj for a letter stating that I’d had a skin check, as my laser clinic wanted a letter to ensure I’d had a check within 12 months before doing the laser treatment. The doctor said I “should have made a different type of appointment for that” even though it’s just a letter confirming my skin was checked, but said she’d give it to me. Then when I went to leave the receptionist told me it would be $100 additional for the letter, which I assume would take the doctor maybe 1 minute to write from a template. So $210 out of pocket for a 5 min check and a letter saying the check had been done. She said it was a fee for a “referral” although this is not even a referral. Absolutely ridiculous and won’t be back.

I made a call at molechex annerley to see if I could make a same day appointment as I was worried about a lesion that was bleeding. The receptionist was accommodating and friendly
Dr Michael Kazlauskas was approachable and professional, answering all my questions. I had two biopsies and will return next week for the results.
I would highly recommend Dr Michael Kazlauskas.
