Dr Lorenz was great. He presented as friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to listen to me, to understand my conditions and to create a treatment plan that would work for my situation. Would recommend.

Always welcome me by name, and always curtious. Truly nice staff. So i don't understand people that abuse the staff because they can't get something that is not scripted. People need to understand that there are rules to limits and other issues with dispensing that the staff have no control over. It's happened to me yet staff were so kind and explained properly the rules and i was able plan around that. Been going there for years because of the staff.

As a repeat patient of MyGreen, a 2 minute phone call costed $75. No scripts or conversation about my health.

Got put with Dr Nastaran after my doctor left MyGreen. She made me wait weeks for the appointment just to tell me that she can't refill my script until I speak to my GP and after my GP sends her a letter, I can book another $75 appointment.

Didn't offer refund for the appointment and when I asked if the next appointment would be full priced, she scolded me and lectured me about the value of her time.

My father Darrin Westcott uses my green medical they are amazing and have been a huge help to him Dr Lorenz is really understanding and works with his patients to get the best result would recommend to anyone and the chemist attached are amazing as well excellent experience all round

Just tryin to get old scripts cancelled unfortunatly old dr is no longer at clinic but it shoudnt be so dificult ,hopefully the organisation can rectify this as its adversly reflecting on my opinion of an otherwise decent clinic

My original appointment scheduled for Monday was moved up from Friday to Tuesday, demonstrating exceptional efficiency.
The receptionist was very positive and enthusiastic.
