I have been going to Buranda Family Medical Center for such a long time. I have never experienced such professional care and treatment before like this. Dr Chao is extraordinary with knowledge and experience especially support. He explains things in simple terms that average patients understand and treats patients well and with care, never rushes you through like many Gp medical clinics. Where do I start Jo the administration manager her compassion, empathy and understanding making sure that all patients and staff are treated well and supported. She’s an excellent asset to the community and clinics she runs. What an extraordinary human she is. I can not recommend this this medical clinic enough.

I have so much respect for the staff at this clinic. Dr Jane is seriously the best GP I’ve even had and I always feel listened to, validated, and safe and looked after in her care. She’s extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and proactive and very clearly cares a lot about her patients. Jo is a wonderful receptionist and very kind and competent. Finding a clinic this good that also bulk bills is like finding a unicorn

Dr Jenny Pan is a great doctor! She is thorough, capable and knowledgeable. She doesn’t rush through a consult and always makes me feel heard and cared for. Highly recommend! I’ve never had problems booking in with this medical centre and the wait times are acceptable.

I can not believe this place is allowed to practice. I booked a bill billed Telehealth appointment weeks ago and never got the call 2 days ago. Called and called to ask politely what was happening and the receptionists talk to you like you are an inconvenience and they are so rude it’s unacceptable and unbelievable they are allowed to speak to people in this manner. Now I have read the reviews I understand what an absolute awful place this is. Praying on the vulnerable who need bulk billed and making them feel like they are asking for the world to just get an appointment. There is no need to be this rude or nasty I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful and disgusting manner than the receptionists at this place.

Highly recommend. Dr Chao is the best you could hope for in a GP. Knowledgeable, thorough, practical, compassionate and really cares about his patients.

This practice had exceptionally rude receptionists who the doctors supported in being rude to patients. The wait time was over the top and the care extremely damaged by this experience. I do NOT recommend them. Not at all.
