I have moved back from Brisbane and I would highly recommend North Shore GP. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and made things easy. For someone who hates going to the doctors, Dr Shivanie was really friendly and made the experience more comfortable for me and I will definitely be going back when needed.

The practice is clean and tidy.

Sometimes, it can be tricky to get in to see someone on short notice (I'm guessing that is what happens with a good clinic) but I call straight away in the morning, and I can usually get in with a cancellation.

As a Vietnamese patient with English as my second language, I’m always grateful for how comfortable my appointments with Dr. Carolyn are. She consistently exceeds my expectations. Dr. Carolyn is not only an incredible listener but also uses her extensive knowledge and professionalism to address all my health concerns. She explains complex medical terms in a clear and simple way, ensuring I fully understand my health needs.

The North Shore GP offers after-work appointments, which makes things so much easier for me as I often finish work late. I usually see Dr. Carolyn after 6 pm, and she is always welcoming and enthusiastic, never making me feel uncomfortable for late appointments. She embodies true professionalism and always has the best interests of her patients and community at heart. Dr. Carolyn exemplifies altruism in her profession, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough

The team at North shore general practise are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Elizabeth Dawson is an exceptional physician and displays the utmost care and compassion for her patients often going above and beyond the call of duty to provide them with excellent care. I feel confident when I I go to see other GPS at the practise that I will be treated with the same attention to detail and genuine concern for my health and well-being and that of my family. The reception staff and the nurses are highly professional and very friendly. I feel comfortable and confident that my child and my whole family will be well taken care of here

The receptionists were lovely and Dr Rachel really cared about my daughter and helping her with her anxiety. She asked a lot of questions to figure out what was going on and came up with a treatment plan, not just prescribing meds straight up and sending her on her way.

I’ve attended this clinic for a few years now and have always had only positive experiences from reception, nurses, trainees and doctors. Don’t always get the doctor I wanted, but most often do, probably because a lot of people want to go to this clinic. Always compassionate and understanding. Special mention to Doctor McGahan, great guy as well as an excellent doctor. Doctor Yuhico gets a special mention as well. But honestly they are all excellent doctors.
