Empower Health NQ was absolutely amazing and so supportive throughout my ACL recovery journey. From the moment I walked in, the vibes were great—everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about my wellbeing.

Max and Bryce were incredible physios. Having seen many physios over the years as an athlete, I can honestly say these guys stood out. They took the time to build a real connection, listened to my concerns, and helped me feel genuinely supported every step of the way. I saw real results after every appointment, which was such a boost to my recovery and confidence.

Even after relocating to Brisbane, they didn’t just leave me hanging—they helped me transition smoothly by recommending physios down south who could continue my rehab. That kind of care and follow-through is rare and meant a lot.

If you're dealing with an ACL injury or any kind of rehab as an athlete, I couldn't recommend Empower more. Professional, personal, and just good people.

Super happy with the one on one sessions. I have been able to return to run after about 4 years with no major pain.

Ryan has been a crucial part in my recovery, writing out the plan and supporting me with my goals. There is a lot more to returning to run than just getting on a treadmill. It been months of strength training just to build myself up enough to be able to run again.

The whole team is really amazing and I appreciate each and every one of them.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable team who care about their clients and their wellbeing. They are extremely accommodating which allows you to maintain consistency with your treatment. They are passionate to see you achieve your goals and celebrate along with you without pushing you beyond your own comfort. They have a variety of treatments available from recovery to strengthening that allows them to fully manage your injuries. With them experiencing a variety of injuries themselves they understand what you are going through and can explain the process ahead clearly. In all it is a very friendly environment with clients and staff always sharing a laugh making it a comfortable place for all.
