I love my Reformer Pilates at KT Wellness Menai - the wonderful team at KT Wellness for your attention. Arrived at Pilates with an L5 disc bulge, vary of how I would feel, however the team guided me to recovery always checking in on my progress and ensuring that I gained my strength consistently. I highly recommend this Studio. 10/10 KT Wellness Menai ? Thank you!!!!!

SENSATIONAL Chiropractor in Menai!
I attended my first appointment with Dr Louis Nouh at KT Health & Wellness who is an absolute genius even after one session with him.
He explained everything he intended to address about my lower back condition, all in easy to understand, layman’s terms.
He said he would call me the next day to follow and see how I was feeling after our session and guess what, he did!
During our session, he made me feel relaxed and comfortable especially as it was my first chiropractic appointment EVER!
For some reason, I am actually looking forward to my subsequent sessions with him next week.
Don’t get me wrong, he did poke, prod and crack me as necessary but the results made it seem worth it.

I’ve put up with terrible hips for almost a year and have had amazing improvement in mobility, strength and comfort after treatment at K.T Health and Wellness Menai. The results have come quicker than I thought possible.
I highly recommend Luke, Melinda and the team at K.T Health. I feel dramatically better after each session so I’m looking forward to further treatment with them.

Really enjoying Reformer Pilates at KT Health. The classes are small and very welcoming to newcomers. I’ve had one Osteo session with Mel who talked me through treatment options and pinpointed and treated my issues. Feeling confident for improved flexibility.
