Although it was a long wait. I was expecting that and the service I received from reception staff, nurses and the doctor I seen was wonderful . All very caring and attentive. I’m very grateful for this service as I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular gp and I was in a lot of pain it turned out I needed antibiotics. Very thankful this service was available to me.

Half the wait time at ED but the doctors are amazing! Make you feel seen and explain it all in detail for you! I took my girl (9) and her doc made her feel special as he even explained it in child form drawing her a diagram of her injury so she could understand! Absolutely amazing!

The front staff there are beautiful and so lovely, but the doctors did not give a shit and just wanted us patients out of there as soon as possible. I had a piercing infection and was told to take it out, which may seem medically correct, but it would in fact make the infection worse, trapping it inside the closed hole. I told the doctor that yet he still tried to rip my earring out of my ear, making it weep and bleed, and it hurt alot. All I wanted was to grab a script to get antibiotics. But other than this incident, the workers (front desk) are lovely and so welcoming.

Very good service. Didn’t have to wait to long. Possibly the time I went in was good. The doctor I saw was patient and thorough. Listened to my concerns and provided the best treatment for me. I am happy to go back when needed. Thank you so much.

I was up on holidays visiting family. I needed medical attention. My family recommended coming here. Filled out new patient paperwork. Within 6 minutes a nurse came an got me. I was triaged to see the Dr. He came out not even 5 mins later. Gave me a script and I was out. Fast efficient and friendly. Highly recommend

What an amazing place, within 2 hours my daughter had been seen, had an X-ray and additional consult and we were out the door. Parking was great, easy access and a chemist opposite to attend to your scripts. Recommend highly
