I have been at Embrace for about 7 months now and it is the most welcoming and fun place to train. From the first time I walked in the doors I was welcomed by trainers and members alike, I was surprised even trainers I hadn't met yet knew my name and everyone was so supportive. I recently completed one of the Embrace challenges and lost 9.6kg. its not always about the number on the scales but for me it is my current motivation/goal and I don't think I could have achieved this anywhere else on any other program. A program which is all about sustainable lifestyle choices. if you're thinking about a trial please don't hesitate you've got everything to gain for yourself at Embrace.

I can honestly say Embrace Fitness is one of a kind I have joined a team of wonderful ladies who have the same ideas of fitness goals and healthy eating added on a fabulous trainer Kim who cares about each person individually whether you are on your own or with your children it feels so welcoming and you are encouraged to do your best come along you’ll love it 🥰
