Nurses / Doctors took excellent care of my Wife whilst in there care. Only complaint related to quality of food provided which was disgraceful. Subsequntly, I had to deliver her meals myself for the duration of her stay.
For a private Hospital that charges a Premium, certainly expected better.

After all the fees my wife had to pay for her procedure I was delayed so long when I arrived to collect her that I incurred parking fees because she wasn't ready for discharge at the appointed time I was told to collect her. This is totally unacceptable. She should have been ready to leave at the appointed time.

i would like to thank the nurses in ward 215 Elie Penny and Sue for their loving care towards me during my stay.These nurses really made me feel comfortable relax .thank you for coming to me when i needed you especially during the night thank you also to the nurses and doctors in recovery ward thank you to the volunteer ladies who had a chat with me .Once again thank you all for your work may god bless you all. I truly recommend Mater private redlands to anyone great hospital.

Nurses and doctors are nice but reception staff are very rude and lack personality. Wasn't told of any pick up procedures on the phone and so just walked into the office and a woman put her hand up and rudely stated that I had to wait outside, which I might understand for covid but the same lady also told my mother not to wear a mask while in the reception area. Maybe make clearer signs of procedures, and also tell people of these procedures on the phone so your Karen of a receptionist doesn't treat people like they're toddlers.
